Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:- Generate, preview, and export slide decks for your own professional or personal purposes
- Upload source material that you own or have the right to use
- Share exported decks with others as permitted by applicable law
Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:Content and Data
- Upload, transmit, or process content that infringes any third party’s intellectual property, trade secrets, or proprietary rights
- Upload, transmit, or process content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful
- Upload, transmit, or process any material containing viruses, malware, Trojan horses, ransomware, or any other harmful code
- Upload or process sensitive personal health information (as defined under applicable health data laws) unless you have appropriate authorisation
- Upload or process payment card data (as defined under PCI DSS)
- Upload content that you are under a legal or contractual obligation not to disclose
System Integrity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the Service
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or any data contained within it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or any accounts other than your own
- Frame or mirror any part of the Service without our prior written consent
Misuse of the Service
- Use the Service to build a product or service that competes with PitchWeave or replicates its core functionality
- Access the Service for benchmarking or competitive intelligence purposes
- Use the Service in any way that circumvents usage limits, account restrictions, or access controls
- Share or resell access to your account with any other individual or organisation
- Use the Service for automated bulk generation without our prior written consent
- Use the Service in any manner that could impose a disproportionate or unreasonable load on our infrastructure
High-Risk Use
- Use the Service in any context where its failure or inaccuracy could lead to death, personal injury, or significant physical or environmental harm, including but not limited to: life support systems, emergency services, nuclear facilities, autonomous vehicles, or air traffic control
Legal and Regulatory
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or treaty, including data protection laws, export control laws, and laws governing the recording or monitoring of communications
- Use the Service from any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions
- Use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime
Your Content
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or process through the Service. You represent and warrant that:- You own Your Content or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use it with the Service
- Your Content does not violate any applicable law or infringe any third-party rights
- You have obtained any consents required under applicable data protection law before uploading personal data belonging to others
Enforcement
We reserve the right to:- Investigate any suspected breach of this AUP
- Remove or disable access to any content that we believe violates this AUP
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice in cases of serious or repeated breach
- Report any activity we reasonably believe to be unlawful to the relevant authorities
